Optiblack AI is provided by Optiblack. This notice explains how we collect, use, and store information when you use the Optiblack AI web app and Chrome extension.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide when registering or signing in (such as email).
• Chat messages, prompts, and responses you send through the product.
• Documents and images you upload for analysis.
• Basic usage data needed to operate the service (such as session and request metadata).

How we use information

• Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• Process chat requests and document analysis through our backend API.
• Maintain chat history, uploads, and account settings you choose to save.
• Improve reliability, security, and product performance.

Where data is stored

• Web app: authentication tokens and preferences may be stored in your browser local storage.
• Chrome extension: authentication tokens are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device so you stay signed in between sessions.
• Backend: account, chat, and uploaded content are processed and stored on servers that power https://chat.api.getcrowned.fun.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is sent to our API and infrastructure providers only as needed to run Optiblack AI, secure the service, and comply with law.

Your choices

• You can sign out at any time from the app or extension.
• You can remove extension data from chrome://extensions.
• To request account or data deletion, contact us at aswin@optiblack.com.
